For repair / return of the goods follow the steps in tabs below.

Please note that the goods that will be shipped back without following the steps below,  the returned goods will not be accepted.

Send email to support@emrax.com with the following information included:
– Reason for the return (required)
– Description for the return (required)
– Pictures, videos that clearly show the reason for the return (optional)

Wait for the support team to respond. We are doing our best to respond as soon as possible. If you don’t get an answer in next 2 working days please contact us at our phone +386 82053850 from 7.00 till 15.00 CET.

Our support team will send you an email with attached Returns Form. Please fill the form with all of the requested information and send it back to email from which you received it.

Our support team will send approved (signed) Returns Form to your email.

Please make sure that:
– the goods are packed securely (the same as you received them). We are not responsible fo the damages incured during the shipping back to us.
– the Incoterms parity DDP or CIP is selected on all documents that come with the package.
– in case of personal delivery the goods are collected at our addres in Kamnik during our working hours – MON-FRI from 7.00 till 15.00 CET.

We will check the returned goods in up to 3 business days after receiving it.
After that you will receive an emai from our sales department about the estimated dispatch date of the repaired product. In case the repair will not be covered by warranty you will receive the payment document for the costs incured by the repair in the attachment of this email.
